tmtrainer items shouldn't count towards item pen imo, would make it slightly more redeemable and cooler. TMTRAINER itself would count as an item for item pen but its' items wouldn't

also I dunno if it still de-spawns chests / trophies but it shouldn't. (i think it can't do that anymore after last patch but whatever)

spawning trophies / chest is fine it's pretty wacky
