The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll/VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found #1798

I cannot open BoI w/ Afterbirth+, or with Repentance enabled in the DLC Menus of steam. I am able to start the game when it is just Rebirth or with Afterbirth Enabled, but nothing extra. I have tried Unistalling and reinstalling, and verifying the game files many times to no avail. I have tried opening the local files and I get the ^Above error code^ , one time with just MSVCP140.dll in the message, and two more times each time having VCRUNTIME140.dll in the message. In the 3 errors codes received, "Reinstalling might fix this problem" is the only other sentance in the error code. I haven't opened the game in months in all honesty, and I have confirmed there are no workshop add ons through steam currently If there are any steps I need to take further please let me know. Thank you for your time

Download the missing dlls and put them in the isaac folder

Where would I find these files? Since the game download ain't working?
