mother shadown just duplicate herself

well i found a bug where if you somehow escape the room where you have to take knife piece number 2 WITHOUT taking it (using for example bob's rotten head whisp) a mother shadown will be spawned, u can repeat this to have like 50 mother shadowns, if you take the knife piece number 2 another mother shadown will be spawned and u wont be able to do this bug

For a more in depth explanation, when a player leaves the knife piece room without collecting the second knife piece, and then leaves through forcing open the door through the above or other methods such as the broken shovel forcing it to open, the doors will lock in the room below and trigger mother's shadow to spawn (presumably as a failsafe). The player will be forced to break the door back open in order to get the knife piece, which will spawn mother's shadow as intended. As mentioned in the original post, repeating the process of forcing your way out of the room will repeat the instance where the doors will lock. Any duplicate copies of Mother's Shadow will despawn as normal when the player leaves the knife piece escape sequence.
