1 year ago I usually just keep my knife pointed towards the door I'm entering to avoid stuff like that. It's an especially helpful habit if you ever go back to play the old DLCs where there can literally be TNT one tile away from the door.

oh yeah that's what I meant by "entering with your knife downwards", it's an extremely good habit especially in Womb floors with polyps I guess
still wish Terra could chill out a little with knife but it's prolly too late for any changes so ah well
Saturnus was fixed (for the most part, it's still yucky with Ipecac for example) | improved to make it so it's impossible to instantly get hit by TNT or bomb rocks on entrance
In today's daily I took Terra and with mom's knife a certain room hit me instantly on entrance [ I didn't even shoot out for an attack it just happened promptly like its' life depends on it ]

except in my case what happened is x100 times worse since the only way to prevent it was to scout that room existing and enter it with your knife downwards. It's also x100 times worse because, unlike taelia's situation, i couldn't control the outcome since I didn't even use the knife
it ruined my nearly flawless (well, not really flawless but pretty good nonetheless) result that would've otherwise been 0 hits and not gonna lie that hit would tilt even the most thick-skinned person, like that's insanely unfair.
pls I plea you to fix this otherwise this item becomes completely untakeable, at least with all circumstances surrounding knife
