enemy button i-frames #1956

this is a massively specific issue similar to Sirens' fireplaces on door entrance insta hitting you when you get back to her room after TP-ing out

but basically if you use something like fuse cutter and button spawned enemies next to entrance, upon coming back you'll instantly get hit

i guess would be more fair if those had i-frames but idk

(maybe they do already and I just misjudged though)

same for mom's lock if you get mom's knife but this just can be said about knife overall, you have to use the trick me and Banshee mentioned in #1935
