Isaac’s heart reduces deal chance when stolen by Siren #2041

When fighting against the siren boss while having Isaac’s heart, you will loose deal chance when siren does her familiar stealing move and steals Isaac’s heart.

I had repentagon enabled, but with no other mods active.
