Uncombined Book of Virtues remains in the active slot after its passive is rerolled by a Dice Room or being hit as Tainted Eden #2049

It will disappear when a different active item is picked up.

I tried pretty much every other means of removing/rerolling the item I could think of and these two are the only ones I found that cause the bug (normally when the passive is removed the active is also).
