even in Nuclear Throne weapons with similar effects ( like blood weapons ) don't do that when you hit an obstacle ( as in, you don't get damaged when a blood weapon hits something like a car | except Nuclear Throne balls it still hurts you from those ) - it's considered there yet it's a much smaller-scale game compared to Isaac
