There's no tech x + multi baby synergy #2109

Multi baby can synergise with pretty much everything now Tech x can synergise with angelic prism But there's no tech x + multi baby synergy :(

Dr. Fetus is the same story, works with Prism but not Multi Baby. Most likely Prism's creator had more time to focus on synergies specifically for it, since it's a modded booster item.

Familiar lasers like from Lil Brimstone and Robo-Baby work with neither of them, even though familiar tears (and player lasers) do.

I labeled this as a suggestion since new synergies are basically new feature requests rather than bugs, in most cases.
