[PS4/PS5] Temporary effects get reset upon opening any system UI menu #473

If you open quick settings (by holding PS button) or main menu of console then all temporary effects are lost including holy card. Persistent effects (like holy card) are restored in the next room.

Please note that built-in video capture option doesn't record system UI

I vaguely remember this happening in the Afterbirth+ port as well for items like Sprinkler. It is very bizarre that the ports specifically would have such an arbitrary issue.

can confirm that issue persists on usa version 1.16 (equivalent to pc 1.7.8)

May I ask if it has been resolved?

Tested it personally and I can confirm it's still present. It turns off, for example, Taurus effects immediately.

Tested with the screenshot button as well. No differences.
