HP Ups from items should be protected from tainted eden's rerolls #495

the fact that tainted eden's health ups are basically useless is really bad. the fact that getting hit and rolling away your health ups can happen is one of the main things that makes this character insufferable

Disagree. Otherwise it's too easy to get to 12 HP. Right now the strategy for TEden is about finding and valuing permanent Health Ups like pills, eternal hearts, etc, and that makes them one of the few "permanent" improvements one can get with TEden.

what im saying that like, if it rolls INTO hp ups it shouldnt do anything, and rolling out of hp ups shouldnt do anything
