2 years ago one could argue the same for haunted chest but with broken modem it clearly shows the doubling animation, and i already like how ghosted ones work anyways so its not that important rly
if you leave a bit too early while broken modem animation is playing on the pickup, it won't get doubled once you re-enter. inconsistent with how majority of other stuff works with pickups in the game and just feels shitty overall
