Feature Request: More specific control of the news feed #112

This is a feature request to allow more specific control of what appears in the 
news feed.  For example, I don't mind seeing the pictures or albums my friends 
post, but I'd like to block posts about pictures they were tagged in.  The 
settings only allow me to "hide photo stories".
Maybe this could use a tree setup, (i.e. specific controls under "photo 
stories".) or just an "advanced" section.

This should be labeled as an enhancement, not a defect.  I apologize for not 
labeling it as such when I posted it.
