Floating Bar Issue in Login Page

Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?
- Floating Bar

What is the problem? Describe completely:

- Extra margin at top of Login Page.
I suggest that instead of:
#blueBar 
#globalContainer > div:first-child
#content

should be change to:

body.fbx #globalContainer >div:first-child
body.fbx #blueBar
body.fbx #content
