Full width layout breaks flash apps

Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?
Force full-width layout

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Playing games forces flash windows to far left and cuts it in half.

MinFbook version        - 0.5.5 APR
Chrome version          - 12.0.742.30
Chrome update channel   - dev-m
Operating System        - Windows 7 ultimate
Language                - English
Other Fbook extensions  - FB Photo Zoom - Version: 1.1105.7.2, Quick Translate 
- Version: 1.8, AutoPagerize - Version: 0.2.9, Docs PDF/PowerPoint Viewer (by 
Google) - Version: 3.3

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

I have been experiencing this issue with FarmVille, CityVille, FrontierVille, 
Empires & Allies, Treasure Isle, Nightclub City, Cafe World, and Monster 
Galaxy, too. For now, I have disabled the full-width layout.

Not just Flash apps FWIW. Perhaps you could offer an option that if the URL 
begins apps.facebook.com then ignore full-width layout?
