All flux capacitors complete on just crafting one #3

Just upgraded to 1.0.2 and after doing the default load I had the reinforced one in inventory and had not made a higher tier one yet. It, the signalum, and the resonant one all completed one after the other.

Fixed in version 1.0.3 (you'll need to fully charge the capacitors though).
