fyi, I made an issue in integrationforegoing github for this. I looked at configs and scripts/* dir to ensure it wasn't intentional.
IF laser drills with yellow lenses yield zero yellorium ore even tho the configs all show it should as well as JEI

I'm assuming I didn't miss something and the fact that it doesn't yield ores is not intentional?
