lmh error for meta-inf dependencies #488

I get 

    lmh: Attempting to install archive MiKoMH/meta-inf
      lmh: Unable to read id from manifest, falling back to MiKoMH/meta-inf
      lmh: Unable to read id from manifest, falling back to MiKoMH/meta-inf

I think the meta-inf directories schould get a special treatment (or a structural re-design).
