Outdated Link in the CE1 pdf #5

When finalizing our project, I noticed that the link in the "CE1" document for summarizing individual contributions is the one from last year and is therefore outdated. Is there a new link or another way to upload the proof?

Our group is wondering as well and we will wait with that part of the exercise until we get a response from Mr. de Angelis.
