Closes #107.
Create SortDialog to have a consistent sorting UI.
All shelves, books and notes can be sorted in their respective views. A user can sort the items by the SearchCriteria.
Delete InputMethodManager as discussed in todays meeting.
Affects
Whole app. Especially the respecting views with shelf, book and note items.
