Description

A CI workflow that includes release.
The workflow will be executed when a pull request to the main branch is created.
This workflow is already tested in a test repository and it works.

Affects All team members and the entire workflow.

Notes for Reviewer Please review & comment/approve.

Why are there so many changed files. Normally it should be fewer. Could it be that you reused your old branch?

@claudia3 No, this branch is currently created.

Ah sorry now I see that you created a PR to the main branch. But we only push code to the main branch from the dev branch. So you should create a new PR to the dev branch from your branch.
