Missing ServiceCollectionExtensions in Visus.DirectoryAuthentication #4

While trying to follow the sample using Visus.DirectoryAuthentication instead of Visus.LdapAuthentication I noticed there's no ServiceCollectionExtensions for DirectoryAuthentication.
