Currently: 10% of Cargo Space

Planned behavior: use Jumpcost or Ship Price as base for minimum trade Totalprice

done. Minimum buy Amount is now: => 10% of Cargo Bay filled or => 1/4 of the Ships total Value as base Price (could be less for good offers) whichever is less
