Move "persondir" package to new `person-dir-addons` repo #41

groupid net.unicon.persondir and the artifactId person-dir-addons

I moved the package over, but will not delete from cas-addons until 2.0.

Two things that are still to be done:

  1. change notification needs to be added to person-dir addons based on the spring-addons project
  2. XML namespace support, much like cas-addons needs to be added.

Those 2 items (notification, XML namespace) have been implemented and released in person-dir addons 0.2
