Move "ResourceChangeDetectingEventNotifier" to spring-addons project #42

I've actually implemented it in spring addons already, but deferring the deletion of this functionality to 2.0 (or until spring addons is released) as this will break current deployments, etc.

Thanks Dima. I can try to release springframework-addons today, fingers crossed. Would you be able to write up a wiki page on how this feature could be used in a given Spring webapp?

Attempted to a cut a 0.1 release, but I am getting a "Access Denied/Forbidden" type of error. Are we sure the groupid/artifactid is allowed? maybe it's a problem with my credentials?!

Most likely credentials. I'm able to release any net.unicon projects. Not sure all the details, but may be because i originally set all this up with nexus folks. Might need to contact them, etc. ?

OK, in the mean time, I've released 0.1 (springframework-addons)

Thing is, I have released projects in the past by the same credentials I signed up for (ClearPass, Portlets, etc) but they all have been under the org.jasig id. I wonder if I should request access to be granted permission for the net.unicon account. Do you remember the JIRA id that you created with sonatype/nexus?

Yes, most likely an explicit permision request is in order here. I'll send you the JIRA in private.
