Document CAS Logout options (and support) in the readme #22

This is definitely a need.

You could address this by adding into the IdP's views/logout.vm a "hard-coded iFrame" (or 1 pixel/transparent image?) that redirects to the CAS Logout endpoint. But if it is then propagating on the CAS side, and that is itself using a similar technique, that could get quite complex.
