Allow entries for Alias, ParamGroups, ParamDefaults UIs to be sorted … #114

Yuan and Julien - Bob noticed the entries in these UIs can be a little difficult to visually digest. This simple change lets users sort columns, and loads the tables with alphabetical default ordering on the first column. See the following pics using the Alias Editor as an example...

  1. Current default ordering, IDV
  2. Ordering in McV, with the code change
  3. Ordering in McV, with user sorting on a different column.
