removed idvjar target #12

In the spirit of fixing little annoyances in build.xml, I removed jaridv (which I always get confused with idvjar). If someone really loves the functionality, they could always just run ant clean jaridv.

I use this target. I understand that I could change, but others might too. I believe this was added for Tom W many moons ago. What we really need are public and private targets. ;-)

No sweat…though it would be really nice to have a description attribute for at least one of the jaridv/idvjar targets (preferably all of 'em). I'm happy to submit another pull request if needed.

If you want to add in the description tags, that would be great. Of course then you have to do it for all targets. ;-)
