Reverts Unidata/IDV#120 when loading a bundle, some options not showing and it is confusing.

Hi Jon, I merged your pull request and then reverted it. The problem I see is loading a bundle and the size of the window popup not big enough and people might miss important options there. Could you redo this pull request with the consideration of loading bundle window.
