Get glossary lookups working again, slight UI improvement [2750] #141

Guys - I changed the broken URL to one that works, tweaked the UI a bit (the glossary popup window was tiny), and cleaned up the imports. Bob found the bug. It's detailed here, or to reproduce do:

Data > Special > Weather Text Products from server (image #1)

Public Products > Area Fcst Discussion (then pick a station) (image #2)

Once forecast is loaded, click "HTML" and "Show Glossary" (image #3)

Clicking any glossary term throws and Exception (image #4)
