Get vertical intervals working for 3D Wind Profiler data [1504] #60

Tommy, I think there is a problem here. I did a simple test. In the Data Chooser I selected all profilers (decluttered) and selected 3D view in the field selector. When the display comes up, I do not get the same result on master versus windprof branch. In the windprof branch, only one profiler appears. On the master branch, I get quite a few more. Can you confirm this is what you are seeing?

Julien - you are correct. Wow, really sorry - this is not ok to waste your time like this. I will have to think through a better workflow for this type of change. I'll be in touch when these issues are fixed.
