Removed redundant "Properties" menu item in the Cross Section control. #66

Hi everyone,

This is a fix for McV Inquiry 1400. To recap:

When you create a cross section display, there are two menu items that take you to the Properties of the Cross Section:

  1. Edit > Properties > Cross Section
  2. View > Cross Section > Properties

This commit removes that second menu item.

Jon,

Why do you want to do this? The IDV has many ways of doing the same thing. Why is this a problem?

Hi Julien - I'm sitting here with Jon right now. It was Bob and Joleen originally who debated this issue and decided this was appropriate, I believe based on existing conventions. But I'll ask Bob to chime in on this. If you are still not convinced we can make an agenda item for next call and decide as a group what to do.
