Eliminate the "libxml2" subpackage #10

Because Linux and Solaris come with a "libxml2" library, this subpackage is no longer necessary. Eliminating it would greatly reduce the size of the LDM package, the time it takes to build, and the engineering overhead of maintaining a 3rd-party package (security, updates, etc.).
