The Unidata Local Data Manager (LDM) system includes network client and server programs designed for event-driven data distribution, and is the fundamental component of the Unidata Internet Data Distribution (IDD) system.
For consistency with other package web-pages, the LDM needs an "upgrade" web-page to which the "downloads" web-page can link. Currently, that information is divided between the "installation" web-page and the "starting" web-page. The "upgrade" web-page should reference those two pages with some narrative glue.
