The Unidata Local Data Manager (LDM) system includes network client and server programs designed for event-driven data distribution, and is the fundamental component of the Unidata Internet Data Distribution (IDD) system.
Compiles with and without --with-noaaport and with and without --with-retrans. This code was successfully tested at operational WFOs when merged into 6.12.14. Additional testing is required to verify with the rest of 6.13.0.
