CONTRIBUTING: git clone recursive and m4 directory #60

  1. git clone by default does not clone submodules, which makes autoreconf fail because of missing FMTP-LDM7.
  2. some autotools versions don't create the empty m4 directory by themselves

@cfstras Looks good. Just sign the Contributor License Agreement and I'll merge this.

@cfstras I'm afraid I can't point you to the Contributor License Agreement because I didn't create it and I'm not a contributor -- so I don't know what the path to it is. You should have seen it as part of the pull-request submission, however.

Just saw the check now... TIL GitHub's interface simply lacks information on mobile.
