Ok, 3.9 is expected to fail since Pint 0.24 dropped support for Python 3.9. I'd like to get the bugfix here out in a 1.6.3 release that still supports 3.9, along with any fixes for Cartopy 0.23, NumPy 2.0, and Matplotlib 3.9.
