Add notebooks for preprocessed datasets #128

This PR adds notebooks for visualization of only preprocessed datasets that were included on threddsTest by https://github.com/Unidata/TdsConfig/pull/127 . The inclusion of these notebooks also closes the issue https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-java/issues/1206 .
