verison.texi missing #98

version.texi was deleted in commit bdb4e0c3da7420becef421cb4c39470bb782f6a5. It is still written in CMakeLists.txt and required in udunits2.texi.

That file should be built from the source every time. Are you saying it isn't?

FYI, the head of the GitHub repository isn't guaranteed to work.

I see. The problem is that version.texi is not built in some circumstance. With MacPorts, which I maintain the port, I had to place manually created version.texi, or the build process stops due to the lack of it.
