• Added new RGB + Derived Products menu item
• Updated menu items for Dust vs Smoke Aerosol Detection to include a "High, Med, and Low" Confidence products
• Added new sectorFD key/value for the RGB + Derived Parameter menus
• Added new Day/Night Plumes and Day Cloud Type RGB menus
• Commented out quality flags for some derived products that were getting cut-off when plotting (This was from the recommendation of Lee Byerle).
• Update colorbar range in the styleRules for Land Surface Skin Product
• New colortables
• Added Fire/Hot Spot derived products to E-Meso menus
