nex2gini for DHR fails with IM 1] No entry in the image type table, imgtyp.tbl, for file #109

Whilst attempting to run nex2gini on a current GEMPAK main branch build for the DHR product, the process fails with error messages like the following:

 [IM 1]  No entry in the image type table, imgtyp.tbl, for file $RAD/NIDS/MBX/DHR/DHR_20220729_1441
 [IM 1]  No entry in the image type table, imgtyp.tbl, for file $RAD/NIDS/POE/DHR/DHR_20220729_1449
 [IM 1]  No entry in the image type table, imgtyp.tbl, for file $RAD/NIDS/GWX/DHR/DHR_20220729_1451
