NetCDF: Not a valid ID

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me solve this problem. The scripts(example_all_methods.run.sh) in the given example work fine on my PC. But when I modify the data by replacing them with others, the scripts don't work. the data were put on the same dimensions. It's a error :

INFO: Please check:

• the dimensions of the input files match:
  • 3-dimensional: time, lat, lon | without '--1dim' flag
  • 1-dimensional: time | '--1dim' flag is required
• the resolutions of the input files must be the same. - the variable has the same name in all input files. Runtime: 3.30592ms
