This would at least address one of the concerns in https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-java/issues/335 -- our license and some (not all) of the third party licenses would be shipped with our jar files.
Add third party licenses from junit, erddap, edal, and gretty to the repo.
update paths in readme to refer to these
other fixes of URLs in readme
update copyright year
fix bug that the license was not getting added to the fatJars
add third-party-licenses to the jar files as well but make sure it isn't added twice to the fatJars
