Update theme to be more reflective of Unidata
Fix missing example
Clean up gallery notebooks from conversion from sphinx
Remove a bunch of unused files
Tweak some wording
Simplify deployment/running by executing notebooks in place. This also gives us rendered notebooks in the HTML for the workshop.
Add Google Analytics
Fix duplicated link anchor on main page
Fix listed email in config
