Fix copyright on thredds files. #549

Many of the files contain this:

these need to be changed to:

John was employed by UCAR and as such has no separate claim to copyright.

If we're getting pedantic, what about stuff contributed after he left?

Good question. IANAL, but we need to add to our guide to submissions that all code submitted explicitly becomes the property of UCAR. =Dennis
