Related to https://github.com/geopython/pycsw/issues/366, a CSW scans gmd:identificationInfo/srv:SV_ServiceIdentification/srv:serviceType/gco:LocalName to derive a codelist value for CSW queries like apiso:ServiceType = 'OGC:WMS'.

Update XSL to provide gmd:identificationInfo/srv:SV_ServiceIdentification/srv:serviceType/gco:LocalName with values aligning to https://github.com/OSGeo/Cat-Interop/blob/master/LinkPropertyLookupTable.csv
