Remove capacitors from BoM and re-link separated pour #5

Solving two issues:

1 - The BoM had two capacitors C1 and C2 which are not present on the PCB and were further removed from the BoM

2 - The GND pour on the top side of the PCB was not continuous; this was solved by moving a trace.
