Currently, taking action against bad actors requires moderators to run u!identify on a message, then type the ban command to ban that user.

Describe the solution you'd like

Implementation of Nevira's Reply to target feature in Unifier:

Although this won't make the ban command that much shorter, it will eliminate the need to run u!identify, making moderation more efficient.
