Room emojis can't be unassigned

Describe the bug

Rooms cannot have their emojis unassigned. Once the room is assigned an emoji, it cannot be removed without editing data.json.

To Reproduce

1. Assign an emoji
2. Try to unassign it using u!roomemoji <room>
3. Error is thrown

Expected behavior

u!roomemoji <room> should unassign the emoji from the room as no emoji is provided.
