AxisMaximum does not generate proper value if all the DataPoints have same YValue. #260

Silverilght / WPF          : Both
Managed Code / JavaSctipt  : Both
Browser and its Version    : All

AxisMaximum does not generate proper value if all the DataPoints have same 
YValue.

Issue has been fixed in Visifire v3.1.5 beta & v3.5.8 beta.
